Well kids, I'm back!

Day 2
Weight: 261.8lbs
Due to many changes in my life that are beyond my control and a total lack of motivation I have pretty much been on the pizza and ice cream diet for the past year. Unfortunately that means that I have also gained almost all of the weight that I had lost again! I do take responsibility for the decisions that I make... After all, it wasn't like the pizza delivery man was just showing up with free food for me and my family at random times! I made the choice to sit on my butt and eat to try and stifle some of the emotional damage that I have sustained over the past year, but now the pity party is over and I am back!
This is me re-committing to my health.
My plan is to kick off my journey back to health with a 30 day juice fast and full body re-boot. After that I will go back to working on making the lifestyle changes that are necessary for me to remain healthy. I have a gym membership and I DO go five times a week for at least an hour, although I will admit that it is strictly cardio at this point and I do need to suck it up and figure out how the weight lifting machines work even though I will embarrass myself and look like a fool more than once, I'm sure!
Although I do weigh myself daily (mostly for the personal satisfaction of seeing the numbers go down) I will be posting Weigh In Wednesday entries that will include my weight and measurements of various embarrassing body parts (really, my ass is huge).
I will also be cleaning up my blog by removing older posts that are no longer relevant and there might be a name and potential URL change to come too! I plan on keeping this blog well maintained and not giving up on it after my 30 day fast and I feel that I will need a title and a URL that make sense for that.
